The Newnan Junior Service League
(NJSL) is an organization like no other. It's an organization made up
of women who are committed to making Newnan a better community for all
that live there. Their passion for volunteerism is like no other
organization.
As you discover the NJSL website, you
will learn about the different community areas in which league members
volunteer their time, finances, and heart. You will also find out more
about NJSL fundraisers that directly benefit our community. There are
special pages for our members and sustainers. We also have a page for
our newest members, our provisionals. If you yourself are interested in
becoming a league member, check the requirements page.
As summer comes to a close and a new
school session begins, we ask that you take a look around to your
community and think of where you could make a difference. Each person
can contribute to our ever growing city. We challenge you to do so!

Christmas in Newnan was a huge success! NJSL helped 17 families (68
kids) by providing toys, books, and clothes for each child as well as
canned goods and turkey vouchers. We were also able to give $300
to the elderly in Coweta county.
Can-A-Thon raised over 317,000 cans of food this year! Thanks goes
out to all league members who helped smash our goal! We also
received over $31,000 in donations for One Roof. Thank you to
the donors and schools involved!
